The first surgery is the revision rhinoplasty. 

Revision surgeries are more complicated compared to primary surgeries so it required more detailed work by a skilled, experienced surgeon. For the tip remodeling, generally septal cartilage or ear cartilage is used, but for revision surgery where the ear cartilage and septal cartilage is already damaged from previous surgery, rib cartilage can be  used too. 

As you can see in the pictures, before surgery, surgeon always creates the individual design for all patients to create the perfect result!

The second surgery is hair transplantation. 

There are 2 methods of hair transplantation: the incision method is Follicular Unit Transportation (FUT) and the non-incision method is Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). 

In follicular unit transportation a strip of scalp is removed from the back or side of the head and individual hair follicles are harvested and transplanted to the needed area. 

But 

in Follicular Unit Extraction method hair follicles are harvested directly from the scalp and after collection, follicles are transplanted to the required areas.

And last one is the filler on the nasolabial fold area.

 By aging lose volume on the face due to lose of fat. For this problem, we advise using filler to remove deep wrinkles and make your face skin firmer. 

It is a not an operation that required anestheisa or incision, so there are no visible scar and recovery is not needed. For the better result we recommend repeating this procedure every 6 months.
