 Brow bone reduction is a procedure of reducing the prominent brow bone that gives of a masculine impression. The incision is made inside the hairline so that the scar can be easily hidden with hair. It’s usually done with a classical forehead lift to maximize the results and to bring a lifting effect. At Grand Plastic Surgery, instead of fracturing the protruded brow bone, gentle shaving is done to lessen the surgery burden.
