Breast augmentation 

can be either done with silicone implant or fat grafting.
For the silicone implant, there are various types of implants that can be used from various s companies (Bellagel, Motiva, Mentor, Allergan, etc). After the consultation with surgeon, suitable size and type of implant will be recommended.

In order to insert the breast implant, there are several options for the incision as well such as underarm, lower breast line or the navel.
This will also be determined by the surgeon depending on the patient’s condition regarding the body structure and breast shape.
The surgery is done under general anesthesia and stitch removal is done after 1 week.


As for fat grafting, mostly the fat is harvested from abdomen and/or thigh area. For regular fat grafting, we use Lipokit which blocks air from harvesting fat to grafting fat in order to increase the persistence rate of fat since the rate remarkably decreases when fat contacts air.

For regular fat grafting, we say about 30-50% of fat survives and that survived fat lasts.
This procedure does not require incision an d only makes small needle holes, there are no scarring after the surgery.
