Grand Plastic Surgery's Latino Buttocks Augmentation is performed with an endoscope in order to perform accurate surgery and minimize recovery period. The endoscope is used to accurately make spaces for the buttocks implants to be placed under gluteus maximus (muscles in your buttocks). 

The incision is made along the line between buttocks in order to make scar as invisible as possible. Then, silicone implant is inserted on both buttocks through the incision.

If the buttocks are very droopy or large amount of fat are concentrated on lower buttocks, then fat will be extracted from back part of thighs or buttocks and grafted on the buttocks together with the buttocks implant augmentation in order to optimize the surgical result.
