Miss Korea is a story about cosmetic company workers who try to make their high school popular girl into a Miss Korea to save their company, with time settings of IMF in Korea between 1997 winter to 1998 spring.

Behind the scenes

During the shoot, the assistant director Shin Byung Kook kept complimenting the man center of Grand Plastic Surgery saying; he has never seen such beautiful and luxurious plastic surgery center before, that it fit the image they looked for in the drama with its hotel-like interiors and high quality atmosphere.
