Rhinoplasty can change the shape on your nose and look more balanced. For the tip sculpting, generally septal cartilage or ear cartilage is used and for the nose bridge silicone implant is used.
Rhinoplasty generally takes around 2-3 hours and is done under sedative
or general anesthesia depending on the case.
Hospitalization is not needed in
most cases.
One of the most common methods of double eyelid surgery is natural adhesion method. This surgery suits who want natural looking double eyelid without any visible scar. This method does not make any incision on the eyelid and is done through small holes. Therefore, there is no visible scar after recovery.
However,
natural adhesion is not an option for everyone.
There are few facial contouring surgeries: square jaw reduction, angle osteotomy, malar reduction, also ptosis surgery, rhinoplasty, liposuction etc.
Square Jaw reduction creates the V-line facial contour by reducing angular jaw to make your face look slimmer. This surgery is done by general anesthesia and takes around 2-3 hours and required hospitalization for 1 night.
Along with the square jaw reduction, malar reduction can be done together. These surgeries can make your face look smaller by reducing jaw and malar bones.

As for fat grafting, mostly the fat is harvested from abdomen and/or thigh area. For regular fat grafting, we use Lipokit which blocks air from harvesting fat to grafting fat in order to increase the persistence rate of fat since the rate remarkably decreases when fat contacts air.
For
regular fat grafting, we say about 30-50% of fat survives and that survived fat
lasts.This
procedure does not require incision and only makes small needle holes, there
are no scarring after the surgery.The
procedure is done under general anesthesia and stitch removal is done after 1
week.
