The patient in the picture had two jaw surgery, rhinoplasty, double eyelid surgery and fat grafting with Grand.

If you consider having Two jaw surgery, stay in Korea for 5 weeks is required from the preparation, surgery and recovery after surgery. Also, having Orthodontic is required for an year.
It is a procedure of fracturing and re-locating the upper and lower jaw to correct malformation, asymmetry, mouth protrusions and other defects.
The surgery is done under general anesthesia and treatment takes around 4 weeks.

Rhinoplasty can be done for either reduction or augmentation. Augmentation rhinoplasty will insert a silicone implant on the nose bridge in order to make it more higher and the tip will be sculpted with cartilage. If the patient is a case that needs reduction, procedure of fracturing the nasal bridge and making it more slimmer and lowering the height as well will be done. The procedures may be done under sedative/ general anesthesia and for both surgeries, first set of stitches will be removed after 7 days and rest after 14 days.

Double eyelid surgery can be done to achieve bigger eyes.
It can be done through either incision method or semi incision method.
The semi incision method can be done for those who have thin skin and no sagging on eyelid and incision method is for those with thicker skin, puffiness and sagginess on their eyes.
Both can be done under sedative anesthesa.
For semi incision method, the stitches will be removed after 3 days.
Incision method, stitches are removed after 7 days.
Additional procedures such as ptosis correction, epi canthoplasty or blepharoplasty can be added to the surgery plan depending on your current condition.

Upper blepharoplasty is an anti aging procedure that can be done for upper eyelid. Incision is made across the natural double eyelid crease and excess skin and tissue is removed in order to tighten and achieve more fresh looking eyes.
This also can be performed under sedative anesthesia.

Please note that additional procedures such as epi-canthoplasty, ptosis correction or other procedures may be added to the surgery plan.
