Double eyelid surgery is considered one of the most simple and commonly performed surgery that surgeons and clinics easily approach, but this doesn’t mean that the procedure is easy and always successful. In double eyelid surgery, designing the height of the double eyelid is significantly important. When the height is set too high, the eyes look unnatural and give off an overdone look. In contrast, if the height is set too low, the results are natural, but can be unsatisfying to the patients  as most female patients prefer to have bright and big looking eyes. In male double eyelid surgery, the case is different. Male patients tend to prefer the most natural-looking results possible, and that is what we recommend as well.
