[Grand Plastic Surgery] How male rhinoplasty is done



When designing rhinoplasty for men is done, height, proportion of the face, line, angle has to be considered all together to achieve most aesthetically pleasing nose. Rhinoplasty can be done for either reduction or augmentation. Augmentation rhinoplasty will insert a silicone implant on the nose bridge in order to make it more higher and the tip will be sculpted with cartilage. If the patient is a case that needs reduction, procedure of fracturing the nasal bridge and making it more slimmer and lowering the height as well will be done. T
The procedures may be done under sedative/ general anesthesia and for both surgeries, first set of stitches will be removed after 7 days and rest after 14 days.
