Breast augmentation can be done with either silicone implant or fat grafting.
The cost for breast implant varies depending on the shape: round or teardrop. Round implant is more suitable for those who have lack of volume on the upper part of breast, on the other hand, teardrop implant is more suitable for those who have enough volume on the upper breast. We use cohesive gel implant (Motiva, Polytech, Allergan and bellagel).
Surgery is done under general anesthesia and stitch removal will be done after 7 days.
For breast fat grafting, mostly the fat is taken out from abdomen and/or thigh area. For regular fat grafting, we use Lipokit which blocks air from harvesting fat to grafting fat in order to increase the persistence rate of fat since the rate remarkably decreases when fat contacts air.
For regular fat grafting, we say about 40-60% of fat survives and that survived fat lasts around 4-5 years.
Surgery will be done under general anesthesia and stitch removal is done after around 7 days.
